Thank you for the spanking phone call from Amy

I received a phone call from Amy this evening.
She wanted to thank me for visiting her last night and reminding her that having a cigarette after her meals had not been a sensible choice and that I had given her something to think about next time she had the craving to smoke.
Amy said that by the time she had had a bath and gone to bed last night, she had made her mind up not to contact me again as right as that moment she had hated me. But when she had slept on it, she strangely felt more relaxed and confident that she would be able to quit smoking and for some reason that she could not understand why she had this deep feeling of gratitude for having her spanking.
