The first email I received from Sue asked if I administered stress relief spankings and if I could explain how one would work if she were to book one.
Sue explained that she was president of the Executive Women’s Club, and when discussing stress relief measures at a meeting, a member said she had read that stress relief spankings were a new way to deal with stress. The committee discussed this and decided that more information was required on the subject and that a member should research stress relief spankings and report back next meeting.

I replied to her email telling her that I did offer stress relief spankings and that they were highly effective for the right person.
I explained that spanking was not to cause as much pain as possible but to take the spankee mentally to a place where they could let all their emotions out and enter a mental state called Subspace.
I explained that many described the experience of Subspace as being able to stop their mind from racing with compulsive thinking, processing emotions, and losing all self-awareness. They become lost in the moment.
A place where you feel warm, fuzzy, and relaxed, and the outside world does not exist.
The cause of this effect is the release of endorphins, oxytocin, and adrenalin as the person is spanked, narrowing the gap between pain and pleasure.

I explained further that the spanking was done bare bottom and often with the spankee stripped down to their underwear, as removing clothing helped to bring the spankee into a more humble submissive mood. Clothing is an adult’s security blanket. I also told Sue that, often, there would be some bruising afterward.
I suggested that if she had never experienced a spanking, she should visit, and I would be willing to give Sue her first therapeutic spanking experience.

I did warn her that many find them addictive.
