Mrs Williams Attitude Adjustment

I was enjoying breakfast in the dining room on a Monday morning and it was rather quiet and peaceful when I first saw Mrs Williams.

Mrs Williams was a guest staying at the hotel on her own, she was a travelling saleswoman in her late 40’s who used the hotel regularly. I later learned that she was also known for her rudeness towards staff. Anna, a Polish girl, was waiting on that morning. She was a delightful, hard-working girl who always went the extra mile to help guests.  Her English was not perfect, but you could always understand what she wanted to say.

While she was serving Mrs Williams her breakfast, I could hear tutting and sighs coming from Mrs Williams and apologies coming from Anna.

Next, I heard a clatter as something fell on the floor and then I listened to a barrage of abuse from Mrs Williams she shouted: “You stupid, clumsy girl; if you can’t do your job properly go back to your own country we don’t need retards from Eastern Europe here.”

Anna picked up what she had dropped, apologised with tears running down her face and scurried off clearly very distressed.

I waited until Mrs Williams had finished eating her breakfast and was drinking her coffee before I took my coffee over to her table and sat opposite her.

I was greeted with a dirty look because I sat down. Mrs Williams said, “excuse me?” I responded by introducing myself, telling her my name and that I dealt with hotel problems and had witnessed the incident with Anna.

Mrs Williams started to tell me her so-called side of the story; I allowed her to finish when I told her, I had distinctly heard every word and that it was all recorded on the hotel CCTV.

I told Mrs Williams that her actions were unacceptable and that Anna was within her rights to press charges for the racial abuse she had suffered.

Mrs Williams looked shocked and started to argue when I looked at her sternly, told her to be quiet and that we had heard enough from her today. I told her that I would back Anna’s story to the police as I had witnessed everything in full.

Mrs Williams’ attitude soon changed from confident and in charge to scared. She apologised and asked me not to call the police. I smiled and said, “I am sure we can find a solution to the problem that would work for us all.” A look of relief washed over Mrs Williams’ face and she asked what it was I wanted.

I told her I would expect her to apologise to Anna in person and that she should leave a large tip for Anna when she checked out. She nodded, said she would and got up to leave the table.

I told her to sit and that I had not finished. She sat back down as I stared at her intently, looking straight into her eyes. I wanted to see the look of fear when I told her the next part of the agreement. I said, “I have one more thing I want you to do; I would like you to follow me back to my office for some attitude adjustment.”

The colour drained from Mrs Williams’ face as my words sunk in. She said, “Pardon, I don’t understand what you mean.” But I knew she did. I told her, “You will accompany me back to my office where I will bend you over my desk and spank your backside with my belt, until you have learnt that your attitude today is not acceptable behaviour and will not be tolerated.” Mrs Williams said, “No way in hell is that going to happen…” so, I calmly said, “OK, have it your way” and picked up the phone, dialled a number I knew no one would answer. I said, “I would like to report a crime…” immediately Mrs Williams said, “No, please don’t; I will come to your office.”

I got up and beckoned for Mrs Williams to follow me.

When we got there, I instructed her to stand in front of my desk and to be quiet as she had already said more than enough today. I then moved round to the front of my office desk while I rolled up my shirt sleeves and removed my belt. Mrs Williams now had tears in her eyes and was saying, “No please don’t, I am sorry.” I told her to be quiet and assured her she would be sorry when I had finished with her.

Mrs Williams’ bottom lip was quivering with fear and tears were already rolling down her cheeks. I walked to the front of my desk and I told Mrs Williams to raise her skirt, lower her tights and panties to her knees then to bend over my desk and to keep perfectly quiet and still. I instructed her to keep her arms out in front of her. I then explained to her about the large mirror behind my desk, how this was so I could enjoy the expression on her face as my belt struck her tender white flesh. I explained that the look on her face would describe her pain in much more detail than a thousand words ever could.

Mrs Williams begged me to let her go saying she would pay anything to avoid this.

I told her to be quiet and raised my belt; the sound of leather meeting flesh was exquisite. Then came the sharp intakes of breath as the lash registered on Mrs Williams’ face, she screamed out loud in agony. I took a clean napkin off my desk and forced it into Mrs Williams’ mouth to stifle her screams; then I continued to administer the other 11 lashes while pressing down on the small of her back with my other hand so she could not get up. With each lash her face said a thousand words as the pain ripped through her body to her brain, she was sobbing uncontrollably by the time I had given her 12.

Mrs Williams’ backside was going to be very sore for the next few days and would defiantly bruise with welts. I allowed my fingers to follow one of the raised red marks left by the belt enjoying the heat coming from her red, tender skin.

I helped her to stand up and then led her to the corner of my office where I told her to stand still and be quiet or I would give her some more. While she was standing in the corner, I reminded her that this behaviour would never be acceptable and if she ever found herself in my office again, it would be far worse.

After about 15 minutes, I told Mrs Williams to pull her clothing up and offered her the use of my bathroom to clean her face before leaving my office.

As she left, I reminded her to ask for Anna at reception and to apologise to Anna, publicly and to make sure there was a large cash tip left to compensate her.

Mrs Williams replied with a, “Yes sir,” and hurriedly left my office.

This was an excellent start to my week; I find it very satisfying to watch facial expressions change from defiance to submission.
